Tokyo Summer Sonic 2012 (Part 2)

Second day, here we go.
August in Tokyo’s pretty hot, but this time, was also rainy at the same time. I’ve prepared myself for the heat by wearing shorts and tank top, but luckily the rain made the day in Summer Sonic wasn’t that hot as it usually will be.
Summer Sonic, is not all about music, it’s also about arts and creative atmosphere. So the moment you enter, you’ll see a long wall of arts, drawn by both vastly popular and indie market artists.
Talk about stages… every single stage was beautifully decorated, creating a very energetic vibe to the performance and to the people who came to see the show.
Every products and sponsors who wants to be in the event, must be artsy and creative as well.

８月の東京はやっぱり暑い！（タイといい勝負だ）。この暑さに退校する為、ショーツとタンクでいどむが、、、雨だった。おかげで涼しくて、すごしやすかった。
サマーソニックの楽しみは、もちろん音楽ですが、周りのデコレーション等も毎年楽しみにしてます。入り口から入ったら、すぐにキレイでカッコイイいアートがズラリ！
ステージもモチロン、かっこよくデザインされて、よりコンサートをもりあげてくれます。
イベント内の商品やスポンサーさんもまけず、かっこよくディスプレされてました。

Tokyo Summer Sonic 2012 (Part 1)

As some of you guys may know, especially on Facebook, that I went to Japan during August. The main purpose was for Summer Sonic 2012. Summer Sonic is one of the Japan’s biggest and popular music festival. Every year, various artists from all over the world, together with local artists, create an energetic music vibe in Tokyo and Osaka. For more information please visit their website here.

The first day of Tokyo was nothing much, just eating and shopping. For dinner we went to this buffet yakiniku place in Shinjuku. Buffet here is not cheap, all the stuff they have are premium grades. Look at those crab’s legs!!!

And of course, everyone’s favorite drug store in Japan, MATSUMOTO KIYOSHI. If you’re not familiar with MATSUKIYO (this is how the Japanese call this place), go visit their website. They have everything from medicine, supplement, to Shiseido and SKII.

My first pair of floral shorts. Been wanting one for a while, but afraid my butt will explode, didn't really have a chance to get one. But since it was a 50% sales, so I got this CPS shorts, tried it, and .... discovered it wasn't that bad.... so I'm lovin' these now!
