Long Shirt for Autumn

Posting this straight from Tokyo. The past 2 weeks was a struggle for me. The world gave me a challenge and I accepted it. I decide not to blame anyone, but look to myself and see what I can do more.
Ok... not gonna talk sad...
Autumn... as if there's any Autumn in Bangkok, but in Tokyo, I'm gonna enjoy the fashion!

東京からの更新です。この2週間、人生にいろんなことがありました。くじけそうだったけど、もう大丈夫。周りのせいにするのはもうやめます。まず自分を見つめ直して、何が出来るかを探します。
もうくらい話はやめです。
秋、、、バンコクにはない季節ですが、東京にいる間、秋スタイルを楽しむぞ!

Alternative Snacks


Before I start listing some of the stuffs I find satisfying when I need to snack, I just wanted to let you know that there are more examples on the internet, and all you have to do is just google them. These are the stuffs that are easy to find around my area and taste great at the same time.
And also remember that when eating any of these “healthy” snacks, make sure you add them into your daily macro counts.
Example: If you have nuts for snack, don’t forget to decrease the amount of your fat intake for dinner.

Baked Sweet Potato

You can go for the normal potato, or sweet potato, but I think sweet potato taste way better… or is it just me. Anyways with potatoes, they contain approximately about 100 to 120 calories per 1 potato (about 100 grams), … calm down, I know it sounds a lot, but it got only 2 to 4 grams of fat.  I prefer sweet potato, coz yes, it’s sweeter, meaning they contain more sugar, but natural sugar. But sweet potato also contains more beta carotene, more fiber, higher in vitamin c, and super high vitamin A. White potato will contain more potassium and phosphorus, and lesser in sugar…. But hey… not much of a difference… I’ll go for sweet potato.

Purple and White

Yes.. I now have purple hair. Well the truth is, I asked for a gray-ish silver shade, but my stylist insist going really vivid on the first coloring, and after a few wash the color will set into a nice shade I want. So... here it is, purple hair! About the outfit.. I think I'm really like into wearing white this year. I just realise I have a lot of white stuff in my closet, and I'm wearing them pretty often. By the way, the hologram bag is one of my design. 

そうです、パープルヘアーでございます。本当はシルバーグレー系の色をオーダーしたんですが、スタイリストが、最初は濃い方がいいと、、、そうすると何回か洗えばいい感じの色になりますと、、、なので、この色です。今回のコーデはなんですが、またまた白、着てますね。最近、クローゼットの中、白いものでいっぱいです。ちなみにホログラムのカバンは私デザインです。

CL inspired outfit

So, in my previous post, I posted a video on how to do a CL (2NE1)'s inspired makeup. This time it's the outfit!!! By the way, everything in this look are from flea market and street market here in Bangkok (except the shoes). I know, amazing right?! You can get all these stuff from street market. Bangkok is a shopping paradise! 

前回はCLのメイクの動画をアップしましたが、今回はそのコーデをアップします。ちなみにこのコーデ、すべて、バンコクのストリートマーケットやフリマでゲットしました(クツ以外)。信じられないくらい、オシャレなものがそろっています!もちろんお値段もお手軽です。バンコクはショッピングパラダイスです!

CL (2NE1) inspired Look

I know people know me more as a Japanese Rock Band... fan girl... and also a band girl... but I actually like some cool K-POP as well. And here is one of my favourite band, 2NE1. I love love love CL so much!. Which is why I'm doing this look today .... in vdo! so enjoy!
I have outfit post of this look also, but I haven't properly edited yet, so... next post then.

多分、私がバンドやってたことを知っている人も多いと思いますが、日本のロックももちろんですが、K−ポップスもきいてます!中でも2NE1が好きです。その中のCLちゃんは、もっともっと好きです。なので、今日は彼女のメイクを動画でマネしてみました。
本当はこのコーデもあるんですが、まだちゃんとしてなくて、次に更新します。

Vintage Denim Jacket

I still have photos from London trip. Should be able to post some this weekend. But as for now, I wanna post this vintage denim jacket I got from Brick Lane, London. It's was my first time in London, so I definitely wanted to check out their vintage area... I didn't really buy anything much, but I really love the vibe.

ロンドンの写真とか、まだいっぱいあるんですが、、、多分週末にアップします。今回のコーデは、ロンドンのブリックレーンから購入したビンテージデニムジャケットを加えました。初ロンドンなので、ブリックレーンはマストでしょう。最終的にはあまり買ってないんですが、雰囲気とかすごく楽しかった。
