Simple is the Best

There are times in life where you think so much about what you want to wear the next day, and there are times where you literally don't care at all. I guess I'm in the middle of that. I tend to grab whatever that are visible when I open up my closet and just put it on. Yet, I feel like the basic and simple stuff just goes together effortlessly.

多分、皆さんも経験したことあると思いますが、その時の自分の状況に寄って、とっても「オシャレしたい」時と、「なんでもいいやっ」て時、ありますよね。私は多分、今が「なんでもいいや」の時かも。最近のコーデはクローゼットを開いて目の前にあるものそのまま着るのが普通になってます。でもやっぱりシンプルなモノ簡単にコーデが決まるからいいですね。楽チン！

ไม่รู้เคยเป็นกันหรือเปล่า? แบบว่า... บางทีก็อยากขยันแต่งตัว... บางทีก็ขี้เกียจ รู้สึกว่าใส่อะไรก็ได้ ช่วงนี้เหมือนตัวเอง กำลังอยู่ในช่วงอะไรก็ได้ เปิดตู้เสื้อผ้ามา คว้าอะไรได้ใส่หมด แต่ข้อดีของเสื้อผ้าเรียบง่ายและเบสิค ทำให้ใส่ยังไงก็ไม่พลาด... คิดน้อยดี...

Sports Style is a Must...

Ever since I've started working from home, the only time I go out is... gym. Therefore sports style have been an essential for me.

家から仕事をするようになってから、外出するのはジムに行く時だけ。なのでジムウエアがメインのコーデが多くなりました。

Sporty Long Skirt

It's rainy season in Bangkok... so yes... very humid. All I want to wear is slouchy outfits. But I find sporty style still comfy yet stylish...so...  been rockin' long skirt with sporty items these days.

ช่วงนี้หน้าฝน... บรรยากาศชื้นบ้างอะไรบ้าง... เปียกๆ แฉะๆ เลยอยากจะใส่อะไรที่มันหลวมๆ สบายๆ แต่การมิกซ์แอนด์แมทช์ กับสไตล์สปอร์ตเป็นอะไรที่ทั้งสบายและเท่ โดยเฉพาะช่วงนี้ชอบมิกซ์กระโปรงยาวกับสปอร์ตไอเท็ม มากๆ

バンコクは雨季です。ジメジメしてるのでユルユルスタイルが一番ラク。でもスポーツコーデはカッコよくてとてもラクだから好き。最近ロングスカートとスポーツアイテムをミックスするのが好きです。

Cutting Weight for BJJ Competition

ลดน้ำหนักสำหรับการแข่งขัน BJJ

May 7^th 2016, Copa De Bangkok, a BJJ competition here in BKK. Honestly this is my only 2^nd tournament since I started BJJ for 1 year and 4 month. I know I should be doing more tournaments... Anyways, this time the weight class I applied for was -53.5… of course with Gi on. What does this mean… it means my weight need to be at… at least 51.5kg, plus the Gi, which is around 1.8-2kg…  OMG… this was going to be tough… I knew it since the day I registered.

At the moment when I applied, I was at 53-54 kg (depending on how much I eat… lol…). I really need to lose at least 2 kg. People say I should have just applied for the next weight class, which was -58.5kg. But hear my logic. Doing martial arts have already put me in an excusable situation to eat as much as I want and build muscles and be strong. Trust me, I eat more than most girls do. If I let myself go for -58.5kg… I felt like I was going soft on myself. So I decided I’m going to discipline myself… -53.5kg it is!

การเป็นผู้หญิงมีคุณภาพคืออะไร?

และพอเราอายุ 20 โลก็จะค่อย ๆ เปลี่ยนไป รู้สึกสังคมต้องการความรับผิดชอบจากเรามากขึ้นแต่ในความเป็นจริงแล้วผู้หญิงหลายคนยังเป็นเด็กอยู่เลย โดยเฉพาะบริเวณทางเซ้าท์อีสต์เอเชีย .... ก็บ้านเราด้วยนี่แหละ...

เราเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย แต่ยังแบมือขอตังค์พ่อแม่อยู่ รูดบัตรของคุณพ่อของคุณแม่ ขับรถของคุณพ่อหรือว่าคุณพ่อซื้อรถให้ เราถือว่าเราเกิดมาในสังคมที่ฟุ่มเฟือยและโชคดีมาก

แล้ว ไหนล่ะที่เป็นจุดเปลี่ยนสำหรับเด็กผู้หญิงเหล่านี้?

But once you enter 20. The world changes... the world wants more from you. But reality is, a lot of girls, especially in these SEA country, still act and dress like kids. They go University but still get pocket money from parents. They drive daddy's car or daddy buy them cars. Still using mommy's credit card for personal shopping... and etc...

What could be their 'turning point'?

My Nike ID Huarache

As some of you guys may already know, I've been wanting to customise my sneakers for a while. Unfortunately, in Bangkok, we don't have NIKE studio or NIKE ID stores. So my last trip to Hong Kong, I decide to drop by NIKE KICKS Lounge in Habour City.

日本でも出来るんですが、香港でNIKE IDストア行ってきました。ハーバーシティーのナイキキックスラウンジってトコです。なので、オーダーの仕方は日本人の方々はもうご存知だと思いますので、英語とタイ語のみにさせていただきます。
